From the beginning of time, we have seen and lived the meaning of the magical touch, a hug, a caress or simply an encouraging word, in a time of pain or hopelessness.

Our mothers healed us by kissing our heads and/or a simple caress in our blow or hurt!
This same magical touch can be use with the intention to heal our disharmonies or our love ones. We are all healers and we have the capacity to balance ourselves, thus acquiring mental, physical and spiritual balance.

The art to heal belongs to all of us, like the ability to cure others and ourselves; this is one of the many attributes that we have inherited from our CREATOR. The Healer acts as a channel of the universal energy, this one energy is infinite, limitless and pure. We cannot see it but we can feel it. This energy has been photographed by a special system called Kirlian where we have been able to appreciate that this energy is a product of energetic emanation of our system of chakras, which is manifested in the colors of the solar spectrum which is part of us from the moment the soul enters the body, this energy surrounds us all, protecting us and simultaneously feeding us, because it comes from our place of origin.

This energy is the essence that gives vitality to all existing forms. In the old civilizations the importance of this energy and its surroundings was known. In China is called "qi" (chi), in India, they refer to the energy as "Prana", in Japan, they called it "ki", for the Christians they call it the Holy Spirit and we refer to this energy as "vital force", "soul", "divine breath", etc….

What happens when this energy is obstructed diminishing the free flow in our body? When we feel a misfortune or a negative feeling (as it envies, resentment, jealousy or wraths) we are disharmonizing our vital energy, depleting our power body, which also removes its balance to our mental and emotional body, being finally, our physical body the one that begins to feel the damage of ours disharmonies in which commonly we called "diseases".

Our body has the capacity to remember its perfect state and that is what the Healer does when imposing his/her hands. Most people think that in order to be a Healer it is necessary to be born with special attributes, that it cannot be learned. What we do not realize is that if we are attracted to the subject it means that we have it within us and to learn it would be simply to remember, waking up and recognizing that we are able to heal us and others, causing our body also remembers our perfect origin and discovering our intention, service or dharma, whatever you want to call it, by taking an active role in our life and our evolution in this globe. Thus reclaiming what by inheritance what belongs to us, to be in perfect balance.

The Healer does not heal, he/she is simply an instrument. Like a craftsman, it is canalizing and handling the cosmic energy through his hands to manage, promote and stimulate the health in the individual that receives these services, thus, this energy that flows of his/her hands has the power to wake up and reactivate the blocked vital energy that has been creating disharmony in the person who comes looking for aid.

The healing by imposing hands offers an alternative way to allow the body to remember and activates its capacity of renovation and recovery in spite of the high levels of contamination, the accumulated manifold diseases and tension in the day to day not forgetting the genetic programming that already accompany us. Also it helps us align vortexes or power generators
of the body, for many known by the name chakras, in order to restore and to strengthen the vital energy and the Aura.

The people, who experience this treatment, have verified great improvement in their health, well-being and quality of life. Those who practice their intention and service in a professional way are preparing themselves to take an active role in the new millennium.
The healing by imposition of hands is not a religious discipline, thus is not necessary to profess a particular religion to utilize it. At the present time we have several courses that teach systems to execute this healing, for example, Espira Method of Natural Sanction, Reiki, Magnified or Prana Healing among others.

Espira is a healing system by imposition of hands that began in 1984 and it is known and used in countries like England, Brazil, Australia, Argentina and the last two years in Cuba. I had the pleasure to participate in the graduation of five students, previously instructed by a friend and Cuban colleague whom took the Espira method to Cuba in 1996.

The name Espira for those in the healing arena may not be known, the reason is because this one system was known originally and practiced many years by the name LIGHT TOUCH Method of Natural Healing. This system is a gift of the White Brotherhood and has been brought to us by the angels in conjunction with the Elevated teachers, the teacher Jesus, Kutumi, Morya, St. Germain, the wonderful and healing energy of the Cosmic Mother in all its facets and terrestrial representation, such as KWAN YIN, MARIA, the Holy Virgin, medical commissions and wise space representations, etc…

The name of Espira was given by the angels in August of the 1997 to replace Light Touch because this term had begun to be listened as something more generic such as of "touch of light" and because Espira always has brought the message to evolve, to ascend, spiral type and thus to transcend the obsolete karmic wheel in these times.

With this knowledge we will begin to see life different, assuming the responsibility of our situations. This system also will enable them to become involved in your tasks or even mission to help at this critical moment by which we the human race is experiencing.
