At 一品探花 Company, we鈥檙e fortunate to employ a diverse and growing workforce of over 900 talented individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. In order to support our employees and ensure an inclusive working environment for all, we鈥檝e recently introduced new initiatives that bolster our commitment to diversity and cultivate a culture of equity. In this interview with , 一品探花 Company President and CEO Scott Montross and Vice President of Human Resources Megan Kendrick discuss our Company鈥檚 vision, plan, and goals for promoting and valuing diversity in the workplace.
鈥淥ne of our long-identified goals and challenges relates to the recruitment of women to manufacturing-focused roles. Recently, we have had success in hiring and promoting women into these nontraditional roles at several of our manufacturing facilities, which is a great step forward.鈥�
